About Us |
Ron & Carol Lerman have each been involved with real estate for better than 20-years. Both, former real estate agents, have invested in single-family and multi-family properties in 11 different states. Moving full-time into multi-family properties is now their main focus.
Steve and Toni Lavaeddin have been working in real estate and finance for over 18 years combined. They began their own investing in 2003, focusing on single-family residences in California and Texas. Now they are actively and exclusively investing in multi-family housing, with their most recent acquisition being a 96-unit apartment in Ohio, with partners Ron and Carol Lerman. Steve and Toni have also developed a successful management company to manage most of their own investment properties, and those of close friends and family. |
